Nicole has a well-established career with over 30 years of working in Human Resources. Graduating from St. Cloud State University (MN) with a bachelor’s degree in management and human resources, Nicole’s focus has been guiding and developing others to be their best.  Spending 20 years working for the Hyatt Hotels Corporation, serving as Human Resources Director and Area Director of HR at hotels across the US.  Later, Nicole joined the Waldorf Astoria pre-opening team, as their HR Director, for the new Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills opening.

Some of her notable accomplishments include handling the Hyatt Regency Los Angeles divestiture in May of 2005, and the Westin Century Plaza acquisition by Hyatt, as the HR Director in 2005. Later being promoted to Area HRD for Hyatt in the Los Angeles market and overseeing several high-end properties. And in 2016, handling the closure of the Hyatt Century Plaza in for a 2.2-billion-dollar four-year redevelopment.  Nicole stayed on with the ownership group during the closure as their Consulting HR Director, that is when Nicole discovered her passion for Consulting.
